A Bill for an Act of Parliament to amend the Public Finance Management Act, 2012

Enacted by Parliament of the Republic of Kenya as follow-

1. This Act may be cited as the Public Finance management (Amendment) Act, 2022
2. Section 25 of the Public Finance Management Act, 2012, in this Act referred to as the “principal act”, is amended-
