Procedure and Rules Committee

The Procedure and House Rules Committee considers and reports on all matters relating to Standing Orders. The Committee may propose —

1. Amendments to Standing Orders and any such amendments shall upon approval by the House, take effect at the time appointed by the National Assembly and
2. Rules for the orderly and effective conduct of committee business and any such rules, shall upon approval by the National Assembly, continue in force until amended or repealed by the National Assembly.
