Do you wish to have your say on the proposed entrenchment of National Government Constituencies Fund (NG-CDF), the Senate Oversight Fund, and the National Government Affirmative Action Fund (NGAAF) in the Constitution?

The National Assembly notifies the public and stakeholders of nationwide public participation on the Constitution of Kenya (Amendment) Bill No. 4 of 2025, set for 5th–7th May 2025.

The Bill seeks to amend the Constitution of Kenya to entrench the National Government Constituencies Fund, the Senate Oversight Fund, and the National Government Affirmative Action Fund in the Constitution.
The public may submit written representations to Clerk of the National Assembly P.O Box 41842-00100 or email to constitutionamendment@parliament.go.ke & @cna@parliament.go.ke on or before Tuesday, 10th June, 2025 at 5:00pm.
