Public participation on the proposed Constitution of Kenya (Amendment) Bill, 2025, kick offs in Embu County 

The National Assembly has this morning commenced a Public Participation exercise on the proposed Constitution of Kenya (Amendment) Bill No. 4 of 2025 which seeks to entrench the National Government Constituencies Fund (NG-CDF), the Senate Oversight Fund, and the National Government Affirmative Action Fund (NGAAF) into the Constitution of Kenya.

In Embu County the exercise is being conducted in the various constituency offices across the county from today Monday, 5th May to Thursday 8th May 2025, between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm, as outlined in the attached poster.
