Public participation on the Constitution of Kenya (Amendment) Bill, 2025 begins in Wajir County

The public participation exercise on the Constitution of Kenya (Amendment) Bill, 2025 has officially commenced at the ICT Hall, located at the Wajir County Headquarters in Wajir East Constituency.

Residents from all six constituencies—Wajir North, Wajir East, Wajir West, Wajir South, Tarbaj, and Eldas—gathered this morning to share their views on the proposed amendments to the Constitution.

Participants are being guided through a structured form to indicate whether they support or oppose the Constitution of Kenya (Amendment) Bill, 2025, pursuant to Article 118(1)(b) and 256(2) of the Constitution.
