Public participation exercise on the Constitution of Kenya (Amendment) Bill, 2025 underway in Bomet County

The public participation exercise on the proposed Constitution of Kenya (Amendment) Bill No. 4 of 2025 has commenced in Bomet County.

 County residents are turning up at various constituency offices to submit their views on the Bill, which aims to anchor the National Government Constituencies Development Fund (NG-CDF), the Senate Oversight Fund, and the National Government Affirmative Action Fund (NGAAF) in law.

A team from the National Assembly which is conducting the exercise has set base in Sotik Constituency, where they were joined by area MP, Hon. Francis Sigei.
