The public participation exercise on the Constitution of Kenya Amendment Bill, 2025, is underway at Kinango Constituency NG-CDF Offices in Kwale County.

The exercise seeks to amend the Constitution by establishing the National Government Constituencies Fund, the Senate Oversight Fund and the National Government Affirmative Action Fund.

If enacted into law, the three funds shall draw monies from the National Government share of revenue as determined annually by the Division of Revenue Act.
