Constituents of Kapseret turned up in large numbers to take part in Public Hearings on the Constitution of Kenya (Amendment) Bill, 2025.

Members of the Public also sought clarity on key aspects of the Bill including the future of the Funds as proposed under the Bill and measures to help safeguard equity in allocation and accountability on the crucial kitty.
