𝐈𝐍 𝐏𝐈𝐂𝐓𝐔𝐑𝐄𝐒: The three-day public participation exercise for the Constitution of Kenya (Amendment) Bill, 2025 in Vihiga constituency has been successfully concluded today.

Vihiga Hon. Ernest Kivai Kagesi led his electorate in giving their views on the proposed constitutional amendment that seeks to anchor NG-CDF among other Funds in the law.

The consultative forum was held at the NG-CDF offices at Vihiga sub county headquarters.

The Bill seeks to entrench the National Government Constituencies Fund, the National Government Affirmative Action Fund (NGAAF), and the Senate Oversight Fund in the Constitution.
