Members of the National Assembly have PASSED the Constitution of the Kenya (Amendment) Bill (National Assembly Bill No. 4 of 2025).

The Constitution of Kenya (Amendment) Bill cosponsored by Hon. Samuel Chepkong’a and Hon. (Dr.) Otiende Amollo seeks to entrench three key funds into the Constitution: the National Government Constituencies Fund (NG-CF), the Oversight Fund, and the National Government Affirmative Action Fund (NGAAF). 

The Bill will proceed to the Senate for consideration.
