Successful conclusion of the 5-day Trainer of Trainers (TOT) Masterclass program.

The Centre for Parliamentary Studies and Training (CPST), in collaboration with the United Nations Institute for Training and Research, has successfully concluded the 5-Day Trainer of Trainers (TOTs) Masterclass Program.
This intensive and forward-looking programme brought together 25 professionals from key public institutions who will be certified, including the Parliamentary Service Commission, Parliament of Ghana, National Treasury, Ministry of Health, Kenya Law Reform Commission, Kisumu County Assembly, Kenya Institute of Curriculum Development, and the National Government Constituencies Development Fund.
Throughout the five days, participants strengthened their expertise in contemporary facilitation methodologies, strategic learning design, behavioural insights in training, and the integration of digital tools and Artificial Intelligence in adult education. Through expert-led plenary sessions, hands-on design laboratories, and structured peer reflection, the programme cultivated a dynamic network of master trainers equipped to translate knowledge into measurable institutional impact.
